30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return instructions and a return address within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
